Rosebery to Three Forks Regional Trail (Galena Trail) & Rosebery Parklands

Rosebery to Three Forks Regional Trail (Galena Trail ), located between Rosebery and Three Forks, this twelve kilometer section of old CPR rail right-of- way, is leased by the Regional District and managed by the Regional District appointed Rosebery to Three Forks Regional Parks Commission. The park provides for non-motorized recreation use opportunities and is classified as a regional park trail.

Rosebery Parklands Regional Park is located on Slocan Lake a few kilometres north of the Village of New Denver. This 2.8 hectare parcel of waterfront property is designated as a waterfront access park and is used for beach recreation activities.

The Purpose and Operations Statement provides the direction for planning, management and development of Rosebery to Three Forks (Galena) Trail and Rosebery Parklands Regional Parks. Implementation of this POS is of an operational nature, with follow-through on an as-needed basis and dependent on the availability of financial and staffing capacity
